These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website tropicannava.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Dream Advertising Sociedad Limitada (S.L.) (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Tropicannava. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“customer”, “you”) accept these Terms in full.
1.1 Eligibility
Use of this Site and purchase of any product is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. See Section 7 (Legal Notice, Age Verification & Product Disclaimer) for further conditions.
1.2 Our Role
Dream Advertising Sociedad Limitada (S.L.) operates strictly as a reseller of finished consumer goods. We do not manufacture, cultivate, extract, or process any cannabinoid raw material. All products offered on the Site are sourced from licensed third-party laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Product descriptions, lab results, and compliance certificates (where provided) originate from those suppliers.
1.3 Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in packaging, batch, or lab-tested cannabinoid percentages may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.
1.4 Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or where local restrictions on the product’s sale or shipment apply.
1.5 Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched, using one of the methods listed in Section 6 (Payment Methods).
1.6 Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and use of the ordered products is lawful in their country, state, or region of residence and delivery prior to placing an order. See Section 7 for full details.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Advertising Sociedad Limitada (S.L.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product, or from a customer’s failure to verify the legality of a product in their jurisdiction.
1.8 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Tropicannava name, logo, graphics, and text, is the property of Dream Advertising Sociedad Limitada (S.L.) or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
